Alopiidae or thresher sharks make the dive more interesting and memorable. They are nocturnal (night creatures) with a big eye that helps them see during nighttime to hunt for food. Sadly, that the numbers of Thresher Sharks is like other species that their population continues declining in numbers due to over fishing for their fins, tails and meat.
