Only speed and accuracy employed by the jail-bound fighter Floyd “money” Mayweather to win a unanimous decision in his Cinco De Mayo fight against Puerto Rican Champion Miguel Cotto at MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas.

Mayweather admits that it was his toughest fight, where he gets a blooded nose and the Puerto Rican fighter fighting until the last seconds of the fight. Floyd dominated late, only in 12th round where he able to hurt Miguel Cotto badly to win and remain unbeaten in his 43 fights.

“You’re a hell of a champion,” Undefeated Mayweather told Cotto in the ring afterward. “You’re the toughest guy I ever fought.”

Miguel Cotto presented a tough fight for Mayweather by never stopped moving forward and sends the jail-bound boxer in the rop and keeps the pressure until the final bell. But Mayweather connected with left uppercut in the last round that seemed to hurt the Pureto Rican fighter. He followed that with several flurries to the head of Cotto to wrap up a decision that until the later rounds had been in doubt.

“He’s a tough competitor,” the jail-bound Mayweather said. “He came to fight, he didn’t just come to survive. I dug down and fought him back.”

The mostly of the crowd at the MGM Grand Arena cheered for the Puerto Rican fighter, everytime Miguel Cotto landed a punch the crowd cheered wildly and it seems that they are not convinced with the decision favored to the jail-bound boxer. They booed the decision that ecoed thoughout the MGM Grand Arena.
